Whether you are traveling for work, traveling or just need a nice place to stay for a long time:In our fully and smartly furnished apartments you get high-quality furnishings and individual service. The up to 22m² large studios have beds with a width of 1.40m. The room is divided into a living and sleeping area, a kitchenette and a bathroom. Facilities include u.a. a SMART- TV, dishwasher, microwave and much more. The fully equipped kitchenette includes a fridge and stovetop. There is also a Nespresso machine with possibility for hot water. ---- The following 2 options are available for check-in upon arrival. 1) Do you already use the free app "Hotelbird" for PreCheckIn and room card? 2) You want to check in on site first? On the day of arrival you will receive an email with further information as well as instructions for using the `Hotelbird` app and the checkin kiosk. We are available for you by phone around the clock. If you would like to speak to a member of staff on site, please refer to the notices at the reception desk in the building. Please note that the given pictures are sample pictures and there may be deviations in the equipment of booked studios. In addition, a city tax (local lodging tax) of 5% of the net room rate applies. This will be listed separately on the payment request and collected together with the total amount.
