Serviced Apartments - A piece of home for a few months? We offer upscale harmonious furnishings - ideal for longer stays. The approx. 21m² Studio is equipped with a kitchenette including kitchen utensils, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, microwave and coffee maker as well as a bathroom with comfort shower. In addition, a closet, armchairs, flat screen with cable connection and high-speed WLAN belong to the furnishings. An intermediate cleaning is carried out every week. --- You will receive an arrival email from us with which you can check in online from 15:00 on the day of arrival. After successful check in you will automatically receive the access codes for the building and the code for the room door. For this purpose, it is mandatory to provide us with your email address after the booking is completed, to which the codes as well as the arrival information should be sent. Please note that you will receive two codes. The 4-digit code is valid for the entrance to the building. The long code is a one-time code, which is valid for the first time entering the room. From the second time you enter the room, the 4-digit code is valid in the room, which you need to enter the building. Please always confirm the code entry with a check mark. --- We are available for you by phone around the clock. If you would like to speak to a member of staff on site, please refer to the notices at the reception desk in the house.... In addition to the (monthly) rate, a city tax (local overnight tax) will be charged. This will be listed separately on the payment request and collected together with the total amount. The tax is calculated based on the price per night and per room, for stays of up to 62 nights. This is a commercial accommodation business.
