In our fully and smart furnished apartments you get quality furnishings and an individual service. The room is divided into a living and sleeping area, a kitchenette and a bathroom. The up to 22qm Twin Studios have two beds, each 90 cm wide. Facilities include u.a. a SMART- TV, dishwasher, microwave and much more. The fully equipped kitchenette includes a fridge and stovetop. There is also a coffee machine. ---- The following 2 options are available for check-in upon arrival. 1) Do you already use the free app "Hotelbird" for PreCheckIn and room card? 2) You want to check in on site first? On the day of arrival you will receive an email with further information as well as instructions for using the `Hotelbird` app and the checkin kiosk. We are available for you by phone around the clock. If you would like to speak to a member of staff on site, please refer to the notices at the reception desk in the building. In addition, a city tax (local lodging tax) of 5% of the net room rate applies This will be listed separately on the payment request and collected together with the total amount.
